Return/Exchange Policy:

Thank you for choosing Minimalist Sparkle! In the relentless pursuit of providing our customers with high-quality jewellery and seamless customer service, there may come moments when things do not go per plan. Not to worry, our Return and Refund Policy will help you handle Returns and Exchanges.

While our sales are final and returns or refunds are not offered for products sold, however, in the event of our customer receiving a defective or damaged product, it should be notified to our mailing address connect@minimalistsparkle.in within 5 days of the receipt of the product for exchange consideration. The reporting should detail the defect/issue clearly along with a video or photo of the received item. This video is necessary to verify the condition of the item upon return and to expedite the resolution process. 

Post the reporting of the defective item is reviewed and found to be eligible for exchange, the customer will be intimated accordingly with details of return address on email. In such case, the customer will be responsible to ship back the product bearing the shipment cost. It is important to note that the product will be considered for exchange only if it is unused and in the same condition as received. The product should also be wrapped in the original condition and packaging. We kindly recommend taking extra care when handling the delicate products. If your request for Exchange is approved, it will be processed, and a Exchange will be initiated within 10 to 15 days.
Items are replaced only if defective or damaged. Complete support will be provided from our end in exchanging the product but it is the customer's responsibility to inform us within stipulated time. For any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us. We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Please note that, return or exchange are not issued for reasons other than a defective or damaged product. This includes but is not limited to change of mind, dislike of the product, or ordering the wrong item. We completely reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if aforesaid conditions are not met.
